30-DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of delivery. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund subject to the conditions below.

ELIGIBILITY FOR REFUND

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging and unopened.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or order number) is required.

HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

  1. Email us at info@musclefier.com with your order number, the reason for your return, and whether the product has been opened.
  2. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
  3. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product arrived damaged or defective.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.

REFUND METHOD

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@musclefier.com with photographs of the issue. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

EXCHANGES

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order.

NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

  • Gift cards
  • Products purchased during final clearance sales (clearly marked at time of purchase)
  • Orders where a chargeback or dispute has already been filed with your bank

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
