SHIPPING POLICY

ORDER PROCESSING

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays).
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM GMT may not be processed until the following business day.
  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

UK SHIPPING

  • Standard Delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 48): 2-3 business days — FREE on all orders
  • Express Delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 24): 1-2 business days — £3.95
  • All UK orders include tracking as standard.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We currently ship to the United Kingdom only. International shipping will be available in the future. Sign up to our mailing list or follow us on social media for updates.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to track your parcel. If you have not received a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at info@musclefier.com.

DELIVERY ISSUES

  • If your order has not arrived within 7 business days of the estimated delivery date, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.
  • If a parcel is confirmed as lost by the carrier, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses provided at checkout. Please double-check your shipping details before completing your order.
  • If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping charges may apply.

DAMAGED ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@musclefier.com with photographs of the damaged packaging and product. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.
